LUXIB – Luxembourg Institute for Building and Technology S.A. is the 'Technical Assessment Body (TAB)' in Luxembourg and offers expert services in the building sector for all European and other countries, in addition to the assessment of building products for distribution in Europe. In its function as TAB body, LUXIB is responsible for the preparation and publication of European Technical Assessments (ETAs). Our claim is to support our customers with excellence in professionalism, technical quality and efficiency.

In order to ensure this claim, the suitability of LUXIB as a Technical Assessment Body was tested in an audit lasting several days by the "Institut Luxembourgeois de la Normalisation, de l'Accréditation, de la Sécurité et qualité des produits et services" (ILNAS). The result of the examination by ILNAS not only confirmed this suitability, but also a particularly high level of the

Situated in the heart of Europe LUXIB enables manufacturers of construction products, regardless of their location, to obtain the European Technical Assessment (ETA) valid for the entire EU area and thus also the basis for CE marking of their innovative construction products.
